Popped in today after a bit of a longer journey than expected but it was so worth it!
It's not often you get such amazing customer service. Olly was so helpful and easy to talk to for both me and my 12 year old daughter who was looking for a bed. He came up with the quotes so quickly and was so efficient, and was very fair in agreeing prices and more to the point advising us of the best products, I was SO impressed! On top of that, the new building they are in is beautiful, all on one floor, and the toilets were well posh! Lovely place and I wish olly and the team all the best as they are OUTSTANDING!

Took my parents to the new showroom to order a new headboard on Sunday and we weren’t disappointed......although different premises the quality of goods and service is still the same, we ordered and paid for it, my mum changed “her” mind on the colour so changed the order on Monday morning and it was delivered on Wednesday afternoon, fantastic.....wouldn’t go anywhere else....thank you and good luck to you all in your new location

Ordered a special sized mattress last month and was very happy with the choice, size options, ease of ordering and price. Delivery was on time and without issue. Received a prompt reply to an email enquiry about delivery day and times. All round good experience and I will definitely order again. Thank you.

Thank you my box arrived safely yesterday afternoon.
I was a little concerned as the box was a little battered but I need not have worried as the packaging was amazing. It was the best wrapped item I have ever received. We were very impressed by the care taken to ensure the box was protected during transit AND of course we are delighted with the box which is lovely - just perfect. We will not hesitate to buy from Deans in the future and will recommend also

I arrived at your site after checking out another online competitor only to find that they were not being entirely truthful about having a shop. (The address was a Waterstones book store, who said "There are some offices upstairs") You were helpful with our initial enquiry about the product and appeared to know the product pretty well. I purchased a Slumberland Mistique 3 seater Sofa Bed. Very happy with the purchase process and delivery was prompt and handled very professionally. I was not treated like a number, I was treated in a very personal manner, very refreshing for web ordering.

I would be happy to recommend you to others. Re the Mistique:- Very happy with it. Very comfy sleeper & sofa. The light colour we chose was maybe not the best choice, tends to mark. But does clean OK. If you are using it as a King size bed, a Kingsize Fitted sheet is a must to hold the 2 mattresses together. Converts back'n'forth very quickly & easily. Very happy with it! PS. Would be nice to see customer reviews against products on the website, I wanted to tell people about the Product as well. You may be able to do this with a simple Post Delivery follow up email asking for comments on the shopping experience with you and also for comments on the product itself. Thus you would be able to get more Testimonials & also offer some constructive customer comments on each product thus assisting new buyers on product choice & colour choice etc.

Well worth the few minutes drive off the A10. You will be rewarded by a very clean and well laid out showroom with both top quality and affordable ranges. Dean was friendly and very knowledgeable giving clear answers and suggestions in a zero pressure environment. Big thanks to Oliver as well

Our friends recommended Deans Furnishing and we couldn't be more delighted. The choice was broad and service, excellent. We were not shown to the most expensive bed first, ur needs were the priority. Time was not an issue and we tried many before settling on a perchance. If you're looking for a bed, DO GO. One very happy customer.
